About Harold Rental Works
A Longview address. A practical rental conversation.
Harold Rental Works provides portable restroom rentals for construction, events, and temporary property needs. Our business has served customers since 2011.
Who handles the rental
Harold Rental Works is a direct rental operator. We supply the equipment, arrange delivery and servicing, collect payment, and handle rental questions and problems. Start with the Longview office contact so the equipment, schedule, and written quote stay together.
Start with the job the restroom needs to do
A contractor may need clear recurring charges and weekly service. A homeowner may need a flushing toilet while a bathroom is repaired. An event organizer needs equipment, guest access, and a delivery plan that fits the venue. We start with those details rather than assuming every rental needs the same package.
Know who you are contacting
Our public office address is 359 W Tyler St, Longview, TX 75601. Call (903) 230-3880 during phone hours, 8am–7pm Central, to discuss your request. Contact us before visiting. City and county pages on this site do not represent separate offices.
Get the details in writing
Ask for the assigned equipment, full price, delivery window, cleaning plan, and pickup terms. Current availability and rates depend on the actual request. Historical call examples help explain how rentals can be structured; they do not establish a current rate or guaranteed inventory.
Read useful, checkable guidance
Our rental guides use customer rental calls and link to official local, manufacturer, OSHA, and accessibility references where relevant. Equipment specifications describe named reference models. Your site conditions and assigned equipment still need individual confirmation.
