Write the billing period next to the price
Twenty-eight days is four weeks. It does not mean a calendar month, so renewal dates can move relative to the calendar. An event package is a different arrangement and can include setup before the day of use. Ask which period applies before comparing two quoted prices.
Add the first period, renewals, and removal
One historical construction call quoted $247.20 initially, $205 per later 28-day period, and $29 removal, with weekly cleaning discussed. Two full periods plus removal equal $481.20. Three equal $686.20. These calculations do not establish current Longview prices; the call did not establish complete tax information, so ask for the current final amount including applicable tax.
Do not compare different service schedules as equal
A low-use property example separated $73 delivery from $199 rent, giving $272 initially with monthly cleaning. That is not the same arrangement as weekly service. Compare equipment, cleaning tasks, refills, and dates together. An apparently lower recurring price can describe a different use or set of inclusions.
Mark what changes the agreement
Ask how an extension, extra service visit, restricted access, or earlier collection would be handled and priced. Confirm whether any partial-period adjustment applies. Do not assume every quote includes delivery and pickup: event examples sometimes did, while an ongoing example showed removal separately.
Keep the cancellation and pickup details
The approved policy allows a full refund for cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery; within 24 hours is nonrefundable. Confirm the cutoff for a delivery window. Request pickup directly and establish when billing stops. Keep the written quote so equipment, dates, service, and charges can be checked together.
