Quote the event arrangement

One day of use does not necessarily mean one day onsite. The calls describe event packages with delivery before the gathering and collection afterward. For a Longview party or short bathroom interruption, give the ready-by date and the earliest and latest times equipment may remain on the property.

Compare the whole weekend

One historical standard-unit quote was $249 with Friday delivery and Monday pickup. Another internal-sink request was $292 plus tax with delivery and pickup. These examples are different products and are not current Longview offers. Ask for the total for your equipment, address, and scheduled dates.

Confirm changes before the cutoff

A quote request does not hold equipment. Review the assigned unit and delivery window before paying. The approved cancellation policy provides a full refund more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery and no refund within 24 hours; ask for the exact cutoff if your booking has a delivery window.

Before you reserve

Can I rent for a weekend?

Yes, request the actual delivery and collection dates. Friday delivery and Monday pickup appeared in the calls, but route, holiday, and property restrictions need confirmation for your weekend.

What if I cancel before delivery?

Cancel more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellation within 24 hours is nonrefundable. Released payment holds may take a few days to appear in your account.

Consider these options, too.
